I am an Australian Yoga Synergy teacher-trainer who has spent the past decade sharing yoga and functional movement on five continents. Backed by more than 2,000 hours of formal study, I blend intelligent sequencing, applied anatomy, and non-violent communication to help people move—and teach—with clarity and kindness.

In 2021 I founded Lanka Yoga, a tranquil lake-front Yoga School & Retreat Center on Sri Lanka’s south coast, purpose-built for my immersive, three-week, small-group teacher trainings. That same year I launched my on-demand Yoga Synergy Foundations course ’A New Yoga’, allowing students worldwide to keep learning between in-person programs.

With 400-plus graduates now sharing yoga from Oman to London, I measure success by their impact—working toward a modern yoga culture that is accessible, relevant, and genuinely transformative for everyone it touches.
